Description

Provide Closing Services for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on HUD-owned single-family properties (1-4 units) located in the State of Washington, Oregon and Idaho. HUD intends to award one contract. Proposals are requested on an unrestricted basis; however, the Request for Proposal (RFP) contains a cascading preference for award to small business first. Contract duration will be for one year with two one-year options to renew. Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available for downloading by January 4, 2002 at HUD "Current Contracting Opportunities" Internet Page: http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm. Potential offerors who download copies of solicitations from HUD's Home Page will not automatically receive any amendments to those solicitations you have obtained. All amendments will be posted on and may be downloaded from HUD's Home Page "Current Contracting Opportunities" stated above. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed or issued. Original Response Date is changed from January 16, 2002 to February 4, 2002.
