Description

17. Dental Assistant. The Southeast Regional Office of the Federal Bureau of Prisons 3800 Camp Creek Parkway, SW, Building 2000, Atlanta, Georgia 30331-6226 is soliciting the services of an individual or firm to provide the specialty services in Dental Assisting for the inmates population incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution and Satellite Prison Camp located in Edgefiled, South Carolina. The function of this position is to provide a wide range of dental procedures. The performance period will include a base year with four (4) one year options renewal periods. The services of the Dental Assistant will be required six (6) hours per day, thirty (30 hours per week, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. at 3:00 p.m., with a thirty-minute (30) unpaid lunch period. The contract will not exceed thirty (30) hours per week, excluding Federal Holidays. The work schedule will consist of 251 sessions per contract period. A session is defined as six (6) hours per day, thirty (30) hour per week. The place of performance is the Federal Correction Institution/Satellite Prison Camp located in Edgefield, South Carolina, at 400 Church Street, South Carolina 29824.
