Reference subject PRDA posted in FedBizOpps on 26 Oct 2001 and published in Commerce Business Daily on 30 Oct 2001. Add the following: "The offeror's Technical Proposal shall: Provide a schedule for deliverables, integrations and transitions. Describe the proposed Intelligence Fusion System and architecture, list the critical technologies, provide a detailed program plan, with integrated subcontractor plan, for developing, demonstrating and transitioning these technologies. List the major technology risks associated with the development, integration and utilization of the system, and provide a mitigation plan. Discuss anticipated Concept of Employment, target scenarios and data requirements. Describe the schedule risks associated with the spiral developments, deliveries and transitions and provide a mitigation plan." Also: "Pre-proposal briefing slides may be obtained by contacting Robert Macior at maciorr@rl.af.mil. Please include your name, company, mailing and email address, and phone number. AFRL Clarification: Slide #87 from the Pre-proposal Brief illustrates a notional interface between the TUT IFS and the ISR Manager. The input/output arrows are reversed."
