- Description
- The purpose of Modification 02 is to revise both BAA02-03 (posted on FBO/CBD), and Section I of the Proposer Information Pamphlet. In both documents, Paragraph Four beginning with "This program will be conducted...," is modified to include the following sentence at the end of the paragraph: "Owing to the importance of biological agent detection, we will consider some initial testbed work as part of the Phase I effort." A revised version of Section I and Section II (Reprint of Broad Agency Announcement 02-03 "Semiconductor Ultraviolet Optical Sources (SUVOS)") has been uploaded to FedBizOpps under BAA02-03, Solicitation 02.
