Description

The contractor shall schedule and perform all protective services at the required alert levels as shown below: ALERT LEVEL I (Per Building) 1. Conduct random checks/patrols of the facilities during non-business hours. These patrols should occur approximately 4 times per week (2 random patrols during the weekdays and 1 random patrol each weekend day. Each patrol should check for loitering and vandalism in and around the facilities. Check all exterior doors and windows, and check the government vehicles for vandalism. 2. Respond to alarm calls and checks the facilities as needed, and meet with the Santa Fe Police Department when appropriate. 3.
