Description

The contractor shall provide Elysium Netural File Facets Translator E-Readern Product ID 103041 E-R, ENF Translator E-Writer Prod ID 103042 E-W, Translator Annual Maintenance, Daily On-Site Consulting, CADDoctor Software Product ID CADDR, and CADDoctor Sof tware Maintenance. It is the intent of the Government to award a contract on a sole source basis to Elysium Inc., pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. T his notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete thi s proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Quotes may be faxed to (410) 278-6522. All responsible sources may bid or proposal which will be considered by the Agency. No telephone request will be honor. *****
