Description

This synopsis/solicitation is amended as follows to clarify dimensions: The room is approximately, 41 ft., 7 inches x 27 ft., 2 inches, and a suspended ceiling height of 9 ft., with a large 'U' shaped conference table with pockets that can be pulled up to access electrical plugs, phone lines, and data ports (there are 6 of these pockets evenly spaced around the table). The table is, approximately, 4 ft. wide and 5 ft., 6 inches from the wall on three sides of the room. The closed part of the 'U' is the head of the table and where a freestanding podium is occasionally used. Quotations shall be submitted on an "all or none" basis.
