Description

NSN 5960-01-100-4454, IQC01283000004, ELECTON TUBE. Purchased in accordance with Drawing Number 13499 256-0176, type -010. Acceptance criteria SQAP01-100-4454 (available on web) applies. Notes 9 AND 26 APPLY. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of December 5, 2001. Drawings are posted with the solicitation on the DSCC solicitation web-site. If the drawings are not posted with the solicitation, see Clause L07 of the solicitation for information on how to obtain the drawings. Specifications cannot be provided by DSCC. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 2 years. This is an unrestricted (not set aside for small business) solicitation. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in sections L and M of the solicitation. The estimated anual requirement is 1708 each. The average order is estimated at 427 each. Contract minimum and maximum is 213 each and 6000 each respectively. Order minimum and maximum is 213 each and 2560 each respectively. Pricing is requested on the basis of 5 ranges: 200-475; 476-945; 946-1415; 1416-1885; and 1886-2560. Orders may be shipped to various CONUS DVD or stock locations as well as FMS locations. Offers are requested on an FOB orgin basis. Origin inspection and acceptance is required.
