Description

The US Army Aviation and Missile Command has a requirement for the Retrofit of the Longbow HELLFIRE Modular Missile (LBHMM) with Modified Rocket Motor. The procurement will be conducted using other than full and open competition pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contractor for this requirement is the Longbow Limited Liability Company (LLC), 5798 South Semoran Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32822. The Longbow LLC members are subsidiaries of Lockheed Martin Corporation, Orlando, Florida, and Northrop Grumman Corporation, Baltimore, Maryland. Lockheed Martin Millimeter Technologies, Incorporated and Northrop Grumman Tactical Systems are the subsidiaries, which toge ther form the Longbow LLC. The requirement consists of the following: Basic FY02: Retrofit quantity of 2,340 each.
