Description

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment, necessary to perform Duct Cleaning and Mechanical Repair for DOD Army Medical Facilities Nationwide, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Ri co. The proposed contract will be a single award for an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract including a base year and four one-year options. The estimated value of the contract will be $2 million for the base year and $2 million for ea ch option period, for a total estimated value of $10 million. Firm Fixed-Price Task Orders will be issued against the contract. The requirement is handled by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, Mobile, AL. Refer to document in request. Bid d ocuments are available on or about 4 Dec 01 on the Internet only. This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS (SB) SET-ASIDE requirement. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed-paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper me dium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. For this job, a small business is defined as having average annual receipts of less than $5,000,000 for the past three years. This solicitation includes bid options, which may not be awarded.
