Description

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of furnishing all personnel, materials, and supplies necessary to perform Facilities Assessment of DOD Army Medical Facilities Nationwide, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. The proposed contract will be a sing le award for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract including a base year and four one-year options. The estimated value of the contract will be $3 million for the base year and $3 million for each option period, for a total estimated v alue of $15 million. Firm Fixed-Price Task Orders will be issued against the contract. The requirement is handled by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, Mobile, AL. Refer to document in request. Bid documents are available on or about 6 Dec 01 on the Internet only. This procurement is issued as a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. The NAICS code is 54199. Plans and specif ications will not be provided in a printed-paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. All bid forms, bid bonds, and other normal documents required for t he bid submittal, including amendments to the bid submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for the bid submittal documents will not be allowed. Critical Path Method (Network Analysis System) is required. For this job, a small business is def ined as having average annual receipts of less than $5,000,000 for the past three years. This solicitation includes bid options, which may not be awarded.
