- The purpose of this amendment is to change the method of awarding Solicitation Number W81GYE1184-9001. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis under FAR Part 15, not FAR Part 12 as stated previously. The estimated ceiling is not expect ed to exceed 28 Million. There are no other changes.
