Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Clause 52.212.4, Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (except: A request of quotation has been issued at NECO website, www.neco.navy.mil) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. The Marine Corps Northeast Regional Contracting Office currently has a requirement for a Email For IATS application as an extension to a current Travel System IATS (Integrated Automated Travel System). This program will be provided via CD Rom and will be sent to 23 Finance and Disbursing Offices. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), the website address is www.ccr.gov. Quotes shall be returned to the office address listed above, by mail or faxed by 3:00 pm, 26 Nov 01. See note "1".
