This is Amendment #3 to BROAD AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT #DTRS56-01-BAA-0002, Titled: Ongoing Transportation Service and Infrastructure Assurance Research Activities for the United States Department of Transportation, Research and Special Programs Administration (RSPA), Office of Contracts and Procurement (DMA-30), 400 7th Street, SW, Room 7104, Washington, DC 20590. White papers being submitted in response to the Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) DTRS56-01-BAA-0002 are due NLT 4:00 PM EST, November 21, 2001. Regular mail service via the U.S. Postal Service has been temporarily interrupted recently at the U.S. Department of Transportation due to the implementation of new mail security measures. Please ensure that all white papers (10 hard copies) are sent via commercial express/overnight mail (FEDEX, UPS, etc) carrier. If proposers have previously submitted white papers using regular mail, you may contact the primary POC identified in the BAA to ensure that your submission(s) have been received. All other information remains unchanged.
