Mountain Home AFB has a requirement for a Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store, i.e, COCESS. This synopsis is to notify industry that a draft solicitation is being issued on 14 November 2001 for the purposes of industry comment. Ensure that you thoroughly read the Statement of Work. Special emphasis is requested on the use of a market basket for the purpose of evaluation of award. Your response is requested by 29 November 2001 at 4:00 p.m. local time.
