NSN: 1615-01-085-5318,PN:70106-08003-042, PRON: AX149385, Solcitation Number: DAAH23-02-T-0034, Quantity: 131 each, applicable to the UH-60 Helicopter. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX ; Tracy, CA; and New Cumberland PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing(FAT) is 131 each, 270 days after contract award(DACA), with the Frist Article Test Report is due 168 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 131 each 180 DACA. Firms that reco gnize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictio ns. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. 'This Acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be re leased outside the United States without prior approval of the government.' The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date sta ted above.
