Description

Provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary for repaving the parking lot at USCG Base Sault Ste Marie, MI. The work is defined as follows: Furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to repave the parking lot and improve parking lot drainage at Base/Group Sault Ste Marie, MI. The basic contract work shall include paving/drainage work in the upper, lower and visitor parking lots. Unit Work Item 1: Repave the main pier area; Unit Work Item 2: Repave the buoy/equipment area. The period of performance is 90 days after Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 and is open to both small and large businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS code for this procurement is 234110. Please note that the bid opening date may change. Please do not rely on the date of 12/27/01.
