Description

REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 10,836 rentable square feet yielding 9,423 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Hazard, Kentucky. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Hazard, Kentucky within the city limits. Special consideration will be provided for sites located within the Central Business District. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. On-site parking is required per local code and ordinance with 56 surface parking spaces required within two blocks. Space must be ready for occupancy on December 15th, 2002. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years. OWNERS/AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, please contact the following office.
