Description

The Corporation for National Service, a wholly owned Government Corporation, intends to award a contract to a qualified vendor, who can provide lodging, conference space, audiovisual equipment, and meals for approximately 50 people for the AmeriCorps*VISTA Leaders Training. This event will take place in the San Diego, CA metropolitan area March 3-8, 2002. Special requirements: Meeting rooms and at least 25% of sleeping rooms must be accessible to physically challenged individuals. At least 25 % of the attendees at meals will be vegetarians or vegans. Federal regulations require that any hotel/conference space contracted shall comply with the American Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements and the FEMA, Fire Prevention and Control guidelines. Requests for the RFQ will be accepted by email and by fax only. No telephonic request will be honored.
