(632) 523-1001 ext. 2871, FAX (632) 833-8203.=20 The American Embassy in Kolonia requires the operation and management of guard services in order to prevent unauthorized access, protect life, maintain order, deter criminal attacks against employees, dependents and property and terrorist acts against all U.S. assets, and prevent damage to Government property and furnish managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work as required in the contract. The estimated number of hours of guard services is 21,900 per year and guard (Vehicle Inspection) services is 3,120 per year. Any resultant contract will contain a base period not to exceed 12 months and four 12 month optional periods of performance. The contract will cover the Embassy and the Official residences.
