Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to award a sole source contract with The Nature Conservancy, as directed by Authority for other than full and open competition as provided through FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 6.302-5. This task consists of supportin g peer-review publication on ecoregional planning methods, supporting publication on herpetofaunal responses to hardwood reduction methods at Eglin AFB, supporting peer-review publication on hardwood reduction methods for breeding bird management on Eglin AFB, supporting peer-review publication on hardwood reduction effects on arthropods at Eglin AFB, supporting peer-review publication, supporting peer-review publication on hardwood reduction methods for winter bird foraging on Eglin AFB, supporting peer-re view publication on correlates of species richness at Eglin AFB, and supporting peer-review publication on a new quantitative method to measure management success.
