- The Navy has a requirement for technical support for the development, editing, and publication of a geotechnical manual for use by the NAVFAC engineering community. The Navy intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Michael P. Jones Civil Engineering for the required services due to specialized expertise and experience with Navy projects. The delivery schedule is one year after award.
