- Description
- This will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity firm fixed price contract. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District is soliciting potential civil and military services for the period of one year and four additional option years. Prep are archaeological and historical reports, documents and evaluations, conduct field laboratory and other research and analyses to evaluate project impacts on historic properties, provide equipment and support staff for use by New England District staff to conduct historical property investigations. Provide archaeological and historical studies on specific issues, prepare and evaluate site safety and health plans for archaeological work on hazardous and toxic waste sites, provide lab and field equipment and /or technical support for field studies. The location of services to be performed under this contract shall primarily be anywhere in the New England states of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. This will be a con tract with a maximum $650 thousand dollar base period limit with four $650 thousand dollar option periods. The proposed contract listed here is a 100% small-business set aside. To be considered a small business for this project, a business and its affili ates average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $5,000,000.00. Solicitation shall be made available via the Internet on or about 12/05/01. No paper copies of the solicitation or amendments will be available. The firms in terested must register to receive the solicitation. Registration instructions are available on the Internet at http://www.nae.usace.army.mil as well as the media by which the solicitation will be made available. Amendments, if any, to this solicitation w ill be made available at this Internet site. Neither telephonic, mailed nor fax requests will be accepted. Those registering are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. All responsible sources may submit a proposal whic h will be considered by the New England District.
