Description

The Indian health Service (IHS) intends to award a 12-month SOLE SOURCE simplified acquisition purchase order to the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed contractor will provide principal edpidemiological/data evaluation consultation by providing expert technical advice and guidance on all National Diabetes Program (NDP) data and public health evaluation activities of the Special Diabetes Program for Indians. This is a SOLE SOURCE and NO solicitation is available; threfore, requests for such documents will be considred invalid responses. See Numbered Note 22.*****
