Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration has intends to issue a purchase order to Netscan publishing for the renewal of hardware maintenance and software license of the GESCAN system, VWORK:M, VCLIENT25z, VTAPQ AND VACCEC:M. A Justification For Other Than Full and Open Competition has been certified, justified and approved for Netscan Publishing. This requirement will be accomplished through the new Simplified Acquisition rules under FAR 13 dated December 1, 1994. No solicitation is available. Closing date is November 29, 2001.
