Description

Elevator Maintenance Services at the T.J. McIntyre Federal Building, Portsmouth, NH. This is a commercial items acquisition for the purchase of elevator maintenance services. This Solicitation is available only on the internet at http://eps.gov/. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the RFP and amendments (if any) and the offeror is responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP and amendments. This procurement is open to both large and small business. The anticipated period of performance is a 12 month base with two 6 month options. The anticipated start date is on or about 2/1/2002. Solicitation will be available on or about 11/30/2001.
