Description

The contractor shall provide administrative services for the Air Force Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) Employees Retirement Plan. Plan members number approximately 4800 active, 350 deferred vested, and 2900 retired and survivor participants located at approximately 100 Air Force bases throughout the world. The contractor must provide the following: 1) Plan administrative software; 2) Database management services; 3) Customer Service Center Services, and 4) Participant Communication Services as well as upgrades, data protection, maintenance, and agency employee training as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 10 Dec 01. Request for copies of the RFP must be submitted in writing. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the US Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collecting of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars.
