Description

The Bureau of Land Management, Kingman Field Office, Kingman, Arizona has a requirement for historical building condition assessments. The project consists of the condition assessment and evaluation for National Register of Historic Places (HRHP) for three separate historic properties: Gold King Mansion, Palmerita Ranch, and Richardson Homestead. The assessments will help guide management decisions regarding the potential for structural stabilization, restoration, administrative use, and public interpretation. The contractor will be required to develop a work plan and cost estimate for this project. The solicitation will be available on or about November 28, 2001.
