Description

Design, installation and maintenance of an entertainment programming and education system for the period from 01 Jan 02-30 Sep 02. System will provide select television programing for patients and staff. The system will also offer education programming, i.e. patient requesting to view a surgical procedure VHS tape (that has been digitally encoded) will be able to do so from his/her bedside. Pick up the phone, dial a specific code and the program will play. This system must integrate with the existing cable distribution system and head-end unit located in building 2, 2nd Floor, communications closet. System must be able to receive locally available off-air channels, and direct satellite television system. See note #1, Set Aside for Small Businesses.
