This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp on its issue date of 11-13-01. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This is an unrestricted acquisition.
