Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington,DC intends to award a Sole Source contract to West Group, 610 Opperman Drive, Eagan, MN 55123, in support of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command. To provide computer assisted legal research service. A Sole Source Justification has been prepared and approved. The NAICS is 541511, with a corresponding size standard of 18 million. The proposed contract is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1.
