Description

Single award term contract for the period 04-01-02 to 03-31-03. Programs, Inserts, Posters, and Press kit folders of various trim sizes from 7-7/8 x 10-1/4" to 22 x 28", printing in four-color process and in up to 5 colors. Approximately 100 to 15,000 copies. Anticipate approximately 10 orders per year. Operations include printing, die-cutting, scoring, film making, binding, packing and distribution. Copy pick up in Arlington, VA. Bidders outside the assumed 100-kilometer (62-mile) radius must furnish documentation of their ability to meet schedule. Quality level III and II for four-color process. Bid opening anticipated during the month of January 2002. Request bid invitation by letter to the address above.
