AMENDMENT 0001 TO DTMA1E01001 -- PROGRAM RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ANNOUNCMENT (PRDA) for Ship Disposal Solutions: In light of unforeseeable disruption in the U.S. Postal Service and airfrieght service, the Maritime Administration (MARAD) WILL ACCEPT proposals in response to this Announcement (No. DTMA1E01001) via electronic format. Electronic proposals may be submitted via e-mail to rilla.gaither@marad.dot.gov -- THE SUBJECT LINE MUST READ: PRDA PRPOSAL SUBMISSION, or via facsimile at 202/366-3237. Proposals may also be hand delivered to Room 7310 at the U. S. Department of Transportation, Nassif Building -- 400 7th Street, S.W., Washington, DC. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS NOTICE REMAIN UNCHANGED.
