Description

Anticipated issue date: 11/23/2001. Services, non-personal to be performed at the 109th Airlift Wing, 1 ANG Road, Scotia, NY 12302. The proposed contract period will be for a base period of 1 year with four (4) one (1) year options to be exercised at th e discretion of the government as per FAR Clause 52.217-9. Due date for proposals shall be on or around 12/21/2001 at 1500 hours local time. Pre-proposal conference is scheduled for on or around 11 December 2001 at 10:00 local time at the base. The soli citation is unrestricted, all responsible parties may submit a proposal which shall be conbsidered. The dollar magnitute is between $25,000 and $100,000. FAR Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation Factors, Commercial Items shall be included in the solicitation. The evaluation factors, in descending order of importance are: Past performance, Knowledge of the Military, Management Skills, Communication Skills, Locality and Availability in relation to the site, and Price Proposal.
