Description

Litigation support services that may be requested under this contract may include, but are not limited to: 1. Preparation of legal briefs, memoranda, and arguments including legal research and writing. 2. Drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission. 3. Review and drafting questions for deposition and direct examination. 4. Review and drafting affidavits. 5. Review and drafting of pre-filed testimony. 6. Review and drafting of motions. 7. Assisting in the identification of expert witnesses.
