Description

This is a Best Value Procurement. The Contractor shall provide all manpower, supervision, equipment, fuel, tools, materials, supplies and, equipment not specified herein to be furnished by the Government, necessary to staff the Harry S. Truman Visitor Cent er, lock and unlock doors to Powerhouse Exhibit Area, and perform other interpretive duties in accordance with the specifications of this scope of work at the Harry S. Truman Project, near Warsaw, Missouri. Services provided under this procurement shall co nsist of post-award conference, reports, meetings, completion of worksheets, quality control inspections, furnishing labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision as specified. Services shall be completed as described in the scope of work and else where in the contract. All work performed under this contract shall be to the satisfaction of the Contracting Officer or the Authorized Contracting Officer s Representative. One contract will be awarded for a fixed price contract for a base year plus 4 yea r options (if exercised). This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns.
