Description

The Army Research Laboratory intends to negotiate on behalf of DOD with Sheryl Cosing for Statement of Work Titled: Technical Support for the DOD Human Factors Engineering (HFE) Technical Advisotry Group (TAG). This effort provides services for the period 1 Jan 02 thru 31 Dec 02 to develop products for the HFE TAG meetings and provide technical and coordinating support to the TAG prior to, during, and between meetings. Negotiations are planned solely with Sheryl Cosing because of her unique skills and qua lifications. Ms. Cosing has several years of experience in performing these services. She has the required educational background and technical experience in human factors engineering and organizational and meeting management. This action is estimated a t a value of $55,000 and currently the funds are not available. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability. Information received will be considered only for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
