3110-01-399-3997, ARG01072046519, Bearing, Roller, Cylindrical in accordance with Allison Engine Co. P/N 23058594 Rev. A and NAVAIRSYSCOM P/N 597386.MIL. This item is source controlled to Allison Engine Co. and NAVAIRSYSCOM and DSCR will not evaluate alternate offers. Approved sources are MRC Bearings (38443) and FAG Bearings (36069). See numbered Notes 23 & 26. Soliciting as a multi-source, indefinite quantity contract with a base year and four option years. Estimated annual quantity is 1000 each with a guaranteed annual minimum of 250 each. Surge and sustainment is applicable and will be explained in detail in the solicitation. FOB destination. Inspection and acceptance at origin. Flight Safety Critical Application Item. QAP B03 or B09 is applicable. Deliveries are anticipated to be split 70% West coast, 20% East coast and 10% to Texas. ABVS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is November 30, 2001.
