- Provide all the necessary personnel, supervision, management, equipment, materials and services to provide pilotage for Military Sealift Command controlled vessels operating in the Port of Charleston, SC. The period of performance is on or about 11 December 2001 through 10 December 2002 with two option years. All responsible sources may submit a bid/proposal which will be considered by this agency. This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6.
