Description

NAICS 233320 -- Provide all material, equipment, and labor necessary to perform the work specified in this solicitation. Work will be accomplished in a building with courtrooms under conditions where added requirements will be necessary for noise and environment limiting requirements and factors. Work will involve renovation, with elevator replacement as an option that may be excerised, in the US Marshals Service office at the Federal Building/Courthouse in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Estimated cost range is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Solicitation GS-07P-02-UDC-1001, Project ROK02054. This project is being procured as a SBA "8A", HUBZone Set-Aside for small businesses in Oklahoma, resulting in a Firm, Fixed Price contract. The prime contractor and each of his subcontractors will be required to submit three references for their construction speciality, i.e., elevator, electrical, and others. This solicitation will not be placed on the internet and must be requested from the Contracting Officer, Steven F. Clark, in writing on company letterhead. Only firms that are "8A" and HUBZone certified need request the solicitation. Mentoring and parnershipping should be discussed with the Small Business Administration, if bonding is a problem.
