Description

General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 14,150 usable square feet of Class A/fully serviced office for the Drug Enforcement Administration located in the Central Business District of Fort Worth, TX for a term of 10 years, five years firm. There must also be secure parking for 59 Official Government Vehicles with the ability to increase by another 15 spaces during the term of the lease. All services, supplies and utilities to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space must conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety, handicap accessibility and be asbestos free. Space must be available for occupancy by September 1, 2002 or earlier. The space must be on second floor or higher. Space can not be located near residential areas, daycare centers, and schools.
