Description

Lease, with option to purchase, of vehicles throughout Europe, in accordance with attached draft Request for Proposal (RFP), Statement of Work (SOW), Attachment 1 -- Vehicle Specifications, and Attachment 2 -- Vehicle Breakdown. Attachment 2 contains the present monthly leasing cost per vehicle (except for newly required vehicles). Contractors are advised that this requirement will only result in a contract if they can propose leasing prices less than the present amounts. The Government prefers to award a contract "all or none".
