Description

This is a synopsis for commercial services. This announcement constitutes the synopsis only. A formal solicitation will be available on or about 26 November 2001 for issuance by request. This procurement is restricted to 100% small business. The solicitation document will be available on the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov. The subject solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses. NAICS is 561790. Non Personal Services to provide the following: Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, parts, tools, materials, accessories, vehicles, supervision, and all other items and services necessary to perform Exhaust Hood and Duct Cleaning at Lackland AFB, TX, in accordance with the Statement of Work and Technical Exhibit 1. The subject Exhaust Hoods and Ducts are located in various buildings throughout the base. The anticipated Period of Performance is 1 April 2002 through 30 September 2002 for the basic period plus four options years (1 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03, 1 Oct 03 through 30 Sep 04, 1 Oct 04 through 30 Sep 05, 1 Oct 05 through 30 Sep 06). The complete Statement of Work and list of provisions and clauses can be obtained on the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov. A site visit will be made available as per the solicitation. Contractor must quote on all items listed. FOB: Destination for delivery is Lackland AFB, TX. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 & 252.232-7009. CCR can be obtained by accessing www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. The CCR number must be obtained before award can be made. Once contractors have received the full solicitation package, submit written offers via fax or e-mail (oral offers will not be considered) to, 1Lt. Scott Van Skiver. The due date for all quotes will be 28 December 2001 by 3:00pm CST. When offer is submitted please ensure to complete and include all pages of clause 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications. Awards will be based on best value.
