Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Region 6, Olympic National Forest, is issuing a Request for Proposal for Containerized Seedlings. This project includes planting from seed, producing, lifting and packing for shipment and delivering, one-year old containerized seelings. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)is 115310, with a size standard of $5MM. This solicitation will be advertised as a Commercial Items Request in accordance with FAR Part 12 procedures and will be 100% small business set-aside. This will be a five-year requirements contract from which task orders will be issued. The Service Contract Act applies.
