Description

Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment and materials to inscribe granite niche covers for Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, FL 33513, covering the period December 11, 2001 or date of contract award through September 30, 2002, (base period), with four 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2006. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561990 and a size standard of $5 M is applicable to this acquisition. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid. Requests for hard copies of the solicitation must be in writing to Mrs. Janice E. Corlew and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) non-refundable) made payable to =93U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.=94 No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via the ordinary mails on or about November 16, 2001.
