PRON: AX2F5002AX, NSN: 3110-01-274-4252, PN: 7-311330121-9, Quantity 301 each min./ 684 each max., this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the APACHE. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, T X and New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with first article testing 150 each 330 DACA and 151 each per month thereafter, first article test report due 208 DACA. Required delivery without first article test is 150 each 220 DACA and 151 each month there after until completion. This item is restricted to The Purdy Corporation, 586 Hilliard Street, Post Office Box 1898, Manchester, CT 06045-1898 and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, 5000 East McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215-9797. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
