- Description
- The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with Precision Forms, Inc., 97 Decker Road, Butler, NJ 07405 under the athority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). This action is for the manufacture and delivery of three (3) 5.56mm NATO Chutes and their associated engineering drawings that meet the requirements. Engineering drawings are to be delivered within 90 days after award and three (3) NATO chutes to be delivered within 90 days after drawings completed.This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See Note 22.
