I/A/W drawings. 12 assemblies to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA in 300 days after date of award; 47 assemblies to be delivered to Stockton, CA in 300 days after date of award; 59 assemblies to be delivered to Tracy, CA in 300 days after date of award. See notes 1, 9 and 26. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This solicitation is a RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 29 Nov 01. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Proposed procurement contains a 50% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
