Description

The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement to procure an analysis of potential business opportunities for the Office of the Program Manager for Mines, Countermine and Demolitions (OPM-MCD) considering the technological and managerial skills of the OPM-MCD workforce. The analysis will review new operational requirements and concepts including advanced acoustics and sensor capabilities for identification of personnel and hostile environmental conditions, systems in support of Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT), counter terrorism and emerging needs of the Defense Transformation Program. The Government intends to award this potential Purchase Order to Engineering and Management Executives Inc., 6462 Little River Turnpike Alexandria, VA 22318. See Note 22.
