Description

This is a commercial item solicitation using FAR Part 15 for providing Certified Industrial Hygiene Services for survey, assessment, monitoring, and reporting services related to various Industrial Hygiene concerns primarily the presence of asbestos containing materials at the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System(VASLCHCS), Salt Lake City, Utah. Firm will provide schedule of costs for professional time (hourly) and for sampling costs of various usual and standard samples and tests. Base Year from date of award to September 30, 2002 with four options to extend. Issue date on or about November 21, 2001. Closing date on or about December 21, 2001.
